Leak, no heating or no hot water?
Call us between 10am and 6pm. If there's water coming through, turn off your stopcock first, usually under the kitchen sink. Outside those hours, send a WhatsApp and we'll reply first thing.

How much will it cost?
It depends on the job, the property and the parts. Send us a few photos and your postcode and we'll give you a fixed price, usually the same day.
Do you need to visit before quoting?
Often not. Many jobs can be priced from photos or a short video call. For larger installations we may arrange a visit.
Can air conditioning heat as well as cool?
Yes. Most systems we fit are heat pumps that do both, so the same unit keeps the room warm in winter.
Do I need planning permission for air conditioning?
Usually not for a typical home system, but it depends on the building, where the outdoor unit goes and whether you're in a flat or conservation area. We check this with you before anything is ordered.
How long does an installation take?
Most boiler swaps and single-room air conditioning installs take a day. Multi-room systems and larger plumbing jobs can take two or more. You'll get a fixed date when you accept the quote.
Do you work for businesses and landlords?
Yes. We work in shops, offices, restaurants and rental properties as well as private homes.
